Ascendant Group declares dividend of 21.25¢ per share

Ascendant Group Limited announced today that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a dividend on 17 March 2014 of 21.25¢ per share payable on 7 April 2014 to shareholders of record as of 24 March 2014. 

In making the announcement, the Board stated that a full review of Ascendant Group’s dividend policy is underway as the Company seeks to balance the deployment of its capital to support significant re-investment in the next generation of electricity infrastructure. 

The review is taking place in consideration of the difficult economic conditions in Bermuda and the associated challenges.
