Executive Chef Angelo D’Amato has been cooking for over 40 years and his passion for the culinary arts have been demonstrated at La Trattoria Restaurant. The Trattoria hosts its popular Monday to Wednesday lunch buffet and throughout the week with its well-known specials and signature dishes from pizza to fish and pasta.
In an effort to share his knowledge, Angelo has been working with the Community Education Department for over 15 years.
Students get an inside knowledge of perfecting pasta, pizza and fish dishes, to name a few, and leave having learned six to eight recipes a night. They are always popular among attendees.
