Boat owners, is your radio licence up-to-date?
The Regulatory Authority has put a call out to owners to review their Class 5 Maritime Small Craft Radio licence as it may have expired.
The Regulatory Authority, which came into effect last year to help with the telecommunications industry, is also charged with the issuance and renewal of the following other licences:
Class 3 — Amateur Service; Class 4 — Two-Way Radiotelephone Service ; Class 6 — Aeronautical Mobile Service; Class 7 — Special Radio Service; Class 8 — Personal Radio Service; Class 9 — Maritime Mobile Service; Class 10 – Scanners; Class 11 – Aeronautical & Maritime Land Service and Stock Radio Licences.
The Regulatory Authority is located in Cumberland House on the 3rd Floor (Ground level) at 1 Victoria Street.
