BPSU President attacked by brother, court told
The brother of Bermuda Public Service Union President Jason Hayward has denied using threatening words towards him on Court Street on March 20 this year.
Jevon Ashley Bean, 40, of Devonshire, also denies unlawfully assaulting Mr. Hayward on March 31.
Mr Bean appeared at Magistrates' Court this morning to face the charges.
He was granted $2,000 bail and is set to stand trial in September.
