Road works on Point Finger Road

Road works in connection with the construction of the new Acute Care Wing will see a section of Point Finger Road confined to single lane traffic this weekend.

On Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting, D&J Construction on behalf of BCM McAlpine Ltd will be carrying out work adjacent to the Beresford Swan Dialysis Unit on Point Finger Road.

This work is to provide Belco with underground ducts to the transformer on the current Dialysis property. The road will be excavated in two halves to allow single lane traffic to be maintained. During this work temporary traffic controls will be in place. Work will be completed over the weekend to allow the traffic restrictions to be removed Sunday evening.
