All seven residential units at Waterloo House have been leased out.
Waterloo House was developed by the Green family as a high-end office and rental property that has seven penthouse apartments overlooking Hamilton and Hamilton Harbour.
The residential units were marketed exclusively by Rego Sotheby’s International Realty and were all leased prior to the completion of the building.
Penny MacIntrye, executive vice president for Rego’s, said: “It has been an honour to work with the Green family and be a part of their vision to revitalize Hamilton.
“Waterloo House demonstrates the high demand for luxury urban living in Bermuda and is especially appealing because of the prime location, beautiful views and luxury amenities. The tenants include CEOs, principals of businesses and executives, some who already lived on the Island and some who are new to Bermuda. They sought modern, urban living close to ferries, taxis, dining, shopping and business district — all of which Waterloo House offers.
A spokesperson for the Green family said: “The completion of Waterloo House is the realization of a vision we had of an environmentally sustainable, luxury residential and commercial development in the heart of Hamilton. We believe there is still an active market for high-quality property in Bermuda and a testament to that is the short time it took for Penny and her team to lease all the penthouses.”
