Meditation
Psalm 46:10 Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

In the midst of chaos and noise we can find ourselves in the middle of confusion and restlessness. The thoughts of thinking we need to do something and fix something are overflowing in our minds.

And we find ourselves diving in anxious actions that are produced from fear and doubt. There’s rest for your soul. Rest in God.

I know you’re in a storm, but God wants to bring you to that place where you just rest in Him no matter the circumstances that are raging before you.

Don’t walk away from the promises of God for you, no matter what is troubling you. Even when it seems like everything is going wrong we must stand still and just be still and know that He is God and wants to do a great work through this situation.

 Jesus loves you and hasn’t forgotten about you. No, he hasn’t abandoned you in your time of need. Even though you can’t see it right now, God is working and moving. Be still!

Prayer
Lord I thank you for the perfect rest that I have in you. I lay aside my cares and worries knowing that you have it all worked out and have a great plan. I focus my mind on you and take courage in that this world is not my home. Help me to walk in the power, love and sound mind that I have available through you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
