‘Clients are most important’
IT solution company Ignition has moved to strengthen its data security.
The company has retained International business advisory firm Skoda Minotti.
This will help Ignition achieve SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 accreditation.
Graham Pearson, president and chief executive officer of Ignition, said in a press release: “Our clients are our most important asset and we will go to great lengths to build their confidence in every aspect of our business.
Audited
“Having our processes and procedures audited and accredited by an independent third party is key to achieving that objective. Increasingly, our clients, especially those in the financial and insurance sectors require these types of assurances as part of their own governance and compliance framework in order to give shareholders and regulatory authorities the comfort they seek.
Ben Osbrach, CISSP, CISA, QSA, partner-in-charge of Skoda Minotti’s risk management group added: “We’re excited to work with Ignition, they are renowned for delivering high quality offshore cloud-based managed services and this adds to our growing service organization control reporting practice.
“Managed service providers continue to be a key industry for SOC reporting.”
