It’s just four months away but the Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty Home Show only has a few spots left available for vendors.

For the past five years Coldwell Banker has been hosting their annual Home Show at CedarBridge Academy in mid-February and the same will occur in 2014.

A spokesperson for Coldwell Banker said: “In its 12th year, this event has blossomed into one of the largest and most anticipated events of the year. During the show, CedarBridge Academy is transformed from an ordinary school to a shopping and informational arena.

“The halls and classroom are a buzz with a flurry of sights and sounds that attract the young and old alike.

“The participants pull out all the stops for the attendees with new products, services, giveaway and discounts.”

Susan Thompson, agency manager of Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty, said in a press release: “Every year in January when we start advertising the date of the upcoming show, we are inundated with calls from people wanting space at the show.

“By that time it is too late. We are fully booked and the marketing materials have already been produced. I explain that we always have pre-booking immediately following the show and then we ramp up in September with additional exhibitors.

“Sadly, when September comes around again, they forget and once again miss the opportunity.

“But there is good news! Currently, we do have limited spaces available for those that want to ensure they have a presence, now is the time to call to secure their spot.”

This year The Centre on Philanthropy will be participating with 50 plus charities added to the normal 50 plus companies who display their products and services at the Home Show.

With over 100 plus organizations this day-and-a-half event Coldwell Banker is expecting to draw a record number of people. In years past the numbers have fluctuated between 2,500 and 3,000.

The event is always free to the public. n
