Apollo gets listed

Apollo Enterprise Solutions, Ltd. announced its new listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Quotation Board.

It can be found under the ticker symbol “OAL:GF”. 

Renell Bank, a leading small cap investment bank and FWB trading firm, will be the company’s market maker.

AES had listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange Main Market in November 2012. 

AES management will be on an institutional European roadshow organized by Continental Advisors (Lux) during May and June 2013 for the FWB opening, and plans to offer free-trading shares in an institutional offering concurrent with the new FWB listing.
