The Department of Community and Cultural Affairs is pleased to advise that CITV, The Government’s television station, will broadcast live start to finish coverage of the Bermuda Day Parade.
Staring at 1.30 pm on Friday, May 24, those residents who are unable to see the parade in person, can celebrate the “Colours, Sights and Sounds of Bermuda” as it happens by tuning in to CableVision Channel 2 and WOW Channel 102.
Family and friends of Bermuda who reside overseas will also be able to watch the excitement of the day as the Parade will be streamed live via www.citv.gov.bm.
CITV’s coverage of the Parade will be hosted by Tina Evans-Caines and Keevil “The Captain” Burgess, who will provide play by play commentary of the parade attractions, including the various floats, majorettes, Gombey troupes, Bermuda Regiment Band and Drum Corps and the numerous other participants.
The Department of Community and Cultural Affairs takes this opportunity to wish all residents a safe and happy Bermuda Day and encourages those who are not able to attend the Parade, to tune in to CITV beginning at 1.30pm on Friday, May 24 on CableVision Channel 2 and WOW Channel 102.
