The finalists for this year’s Bermuda Youth Got Talent will be announced in a live Telethon tomorrow night.
This is the second year for the event, hosted by the Coalition for the Protection of Children.
It was founded by Kelly Hunt, a director of the charity.
Auditions for the talent competition were held earlier this year and 35 acts moved on to round two.
The round two contestants performed at the second round event in April.
Astounded
Singers, dancers and poets astounded judges and audience members at the Ruth Seaton James Centre.
Tomorrow night, the top 20 will be announced to the public in a two-hour long telethon on ZBM.
During the show, contestant performances will be replayed and information about the Coalition for will be shown.
The community call vote online a www.bygt.bm, by calling in to the telethon at 295-1150 or by texting the name of your favourite act to 2452.
Each text is $2.99 and to vote online or call in, a $5 minimum donation is required.
Voting ends at midnight, Sunday May 26.
All proceeds will go towards various programmes put on by the Coalition.
The top prize is $5,000 and an iPad 2.
Last years winners were the band Paper Cutouts.
