Young Bermudian cricketer Jordan Smith is celebrating his first century.

Smith was batting for Bromsgrove School under-14a team against Wrekin College and helped his team to a 125-run victory.

Bromsgrove won the toss and elected to bat, with Smith opening up.

His ton propelled the school to 225 for six off their allotted 35 overs.

Wrekin College could only manage 100 for nine in reply.

Smith was subsequently selected to play for Bromsgrove’s first XI in a Twenty20 match against Wycliff School.

He didn’t get to bat but recorded bowling figures of 1-0-3-1 in the 73-run win.
