Biography Channel

Biography Channel, or “Bio” for short, positions itself as being “about real people and their real lives: up close and personal, gritty and provocative, always unfiltered.”

Here is a sampling of what you’ll find on Bio this month. You can check out the full schedule on their website.

My Haunted House — New Series — Saturdays at 11pm:

This all-new series unveils some frightening eyewitness accounts of people whose dream homes have turned into nightmarish dens of paranormal activity.  First-person interviews of the victims and well-crafted reenactments give these compelling stories life, with two different tales of horror featured in each episode.

UFOs: Best Evidence Caught on Tape — Thursday, May 9, at 9pm; airs again at 10pm:

Tune in and see the most compelling video footage in existence of UFOs, collected from both amateur and professional photographers who captured these extraordinary moments in various locations around the world.

My Ghost Story — Saturdays at 10pm:

This original series features shockingly true stories of the paranormal, told by the people who lived through them, and actually managed to catch them on camera.

I Survived — Sundays at 10pm:

Each week, this series focuses on two or three real-life stories of people who found themselves in unbelievable or treacherous situations and lived to tell about them.  New episodes include Taken Hostage by the Taliban; Abducted by a Neighbour; Faceless Intruder.

Naturally, Bio has more shows for you to discover. Here are just a few more intriguing titles. There are several air times and different episodes to catch, so check the schedule online:
