School relay teams to battle it out

The Schools Relay Classic will be held tonight starting at 6pm at the national Sports Centre.

It was originally scheduled for Friday, April 26 but bad weather caused it to be postponed.

Primary Schools: Harrington Sound, Francis Patton, West End, West Pembroke, Port Royal and Prospect Primary

Middle Schools Boys:          T N Tatem,  Clearwater Middle School and Dellwood Middle School

Middle School Girls:    Whitney Institute Middle, T.N Tatem Middle School and Warwick Academy

Senior School Girls:              Berkeley Institute, Berkeley Institute’B’ and CedarBridge Academy 

Senior School Boys:                Berkeley Institute, CedarBridge Academy and  Berkeley Institute B

The event will kick off with the Middle School Girls 4x100 Metre Relay at 6:10pm

Races will be scheduled every 10 minutes after that concluding with the Senior Schools Boys at 6:40pm. 

The event is sponsored by Pacers and meet director Cal Simons is encouraging everyone to come out and support some of Bermuda’s most talented young athletes.
