HSBC hosts free seminars for home buyers

All interested home buyers are invited to a series of free seminars designed to update members of the public on ‘good deals’ in the real estate market, types of financing and legal services available and what to expect from planning for to securing a new home. Presentations will be held on 20 & 27 June from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the HSBC Harbourview Centre, Front Street Hamilton.

HSBC Bermuda is hosting real estate and legal professionals who will be available to explain the mortgage application process. Industry partners recognise opportunities in the real estate market and are providing potential investors with all the information you need to make the house of your dreams a reality.

The first event on 20 June gives a real estate market overview and covers all of the necessary steps in purchasing a home.

The 27 June event also covers these topics, but will include information on government’s change in the home purchase policy for Permanent Resident Certificate holders.
