Capital G debit card issue resolved
Capital G Chief Banking Officer Bob Wilson on Thursday said:
“The technical issue that prevented the use of Capital G debit cards at international ATMs has now been resolved. Customers are now able to request and receive cash withdrawals without the system error that previously resulted in customer’s accounts being debited without their funds being dispensed. Although this issue was beyond our direct control, we have worked diligently with our vendor to secure and implement a solution.
We thank our customers for their patience as we worked to resolve this as quickly as possible. We are aware that some Capital G customers have already been impacted by this, and we will continue to work with those customers to resolve their disputes expeditiously. Customers who have been directly impacted are encouraged to contact the Capital G Call Centre on 441-296-6969 to begin the resolution process.
Thank you.”
