Jarryd Dillas relinquished top spot at Port Royal after moving day at the Natwest Island Games golf event.
The Bermudian carded his worst round of the tournament so far, a 78, to finish the third day in second spot, two behind the leader, Aland’s Johan Lindholm, who is seven over par.
The Cayman Island’s Michael Wight is in bronze medal position with one round left after a fine one-under 70.
Mark Phillips, of Bermuda, recovered from a second round 87 to post 75 and move into tied 13th, eights shots off the medal places.
Jevon Roberts is the next home player in 15th. The Bermuda Amateur champion is 14 shots off the leader. George Campbell lies in 23rd.
In the women’s competition, Ebonie Burgess shot an 88 to slip to sixth place and nine shots behind bronze medal position.
Her compatriot Elizabeth Parsons is tied for eighth five shots back, while Katrin Burnie is 20th after a disappoint 94 today.
