Works and Engineering closures on Wednesday

TUESDAY, JULY 6: Members of the public are advised that on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, the Ministry of Works and Engineering will be holding its Annual Summer Fun Day team building initiative at Clearwater Beach, Southside, St. David’s, from noon onwards.

The gas pumps at the Marsh Folly Facility and The Government Quarry will be closed from 12:00 p.m. onwards that day. If officers require gas after 12:00 noon, they may collect it from the pumps at the Department of Public Transportation, Palmetto Road, Devonshire.

The Ministry will have a limited number of staff available at all other sections of the Ministry until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.  However, for emergencies, members of the public are asked to telephone 297-7842 for assistance.
