Windows bloom at Gibbons Company stores
Called the Gibbons in Bloom Flower Show, the event was inspired by the famous Macy’s Flower Show.
A press statement said: “Gibbons Company and its branch stores, The Home Store, Nine West and Twenty 5 Reid, will be decorated from its windows, doors and departments, floor to ceiling, with magnificent and exceptional floral displays designed by the Island’s leading Floral Designers and Landscape Companies.
“Gibbons Company will literally be in bloom.”
The companies who participated were Petals, Demco Florist, El Shaddai Florist, Flowers by Gimi, Bermuda Orchid Society, Just Roses, East End Flower Alley, DF Washington Mall, Designer Flowers, Gardine’s Flowers N’ Things, The Roses Flower Shop, Nicky Gurret and Sousa’s Landscaping.
Gibbons Company said it is hoping to make the show an annual event.
The Gibbons in Bloom Flower Show runs from Monday, April 25 until Saturday, April 30.
