Want your 15 minutes of fame?

The deadline for the Famous for Fifteen Minutes playwriting competition is on July 20.

Those wanting to enter are encouraged to  start writing if they haven’t already.

This will be the tenth anniversary of the popular annual event and one of the original organizers Tom Coash has been invited to be the overall judge to mark the occasion. Significant dates are as follows: July 20 — writers’ script deadlines; August 15 and 16 — auditions; August 22 — rehearsal starts; September 22 to October 1— performance dates.

Scripts should be emailed to [email protected]. If you are unable to email your script, you can print and send it to BMDS, PO Box DV 631, Devonshire DV BX so that it is received before 20 July.
