ʻCampsʼ can be set up from 1:00am on May 24 and a responsible adult must stay at the site from the time it is set up;

Ropes, chains or any other type of barrier must not be used to cordon off the sidewalk and streets as this is a trip hazard and could cause serious injury to a pedestrian.

The ʻcampsʼ must be set up so as not to stop pedestrians moving freely along the sidewalk. This includes anyone in a wheel chair or individuals pushing strollers.

Spray paint, duct tape, permanent markers or any other substance cannot be used to deface buildings, sidewalks or streets.

The City of Hamilton wishes all Bermuda residents a safe and happy Bermuda Day.
