We're tied with Social Club at the top of the standings with one game to go.

It's coming down to the last game of the season.

The title race is still wide open. We had some good performances this past weekend to help us build momentum for our match against Flatts.

We're on a high so we're looking for a good result so we can win the league title.

I was at the Social Club because our game ended at Three O'clock. They were always in trouble. When they were five for 50 I knew they were going to lose.

It was expected that they would lose one of their final games against Rangers or St. George's because they are peaking at the right time.

It's not a case of other teams doing us a favour, because they have to win too, to get into the Belco Cup for next year.

We also still are waiting for our appeal to be heard. If that goes in our favour then we have the league won because we'll have four points on Social Club with one game to go.

The rules are clearly stated for an eligibility of a player and it should come down in our favour.

Twenty20

This is excitement. I'm really curious to see how the whole tournament develops.

It was marvellous, marvellous batting by Chris Gayle on Tuesday. This just shows how exciting twenty20 cricket is.

It's a good start to the tournament. It didn't matter when they bowled it.

This should create a lot of excitement across the world. There will be a lot of TV coverage and the stadiums will be full of fans to watch the matches.

The tournament should provide non-stop action. This is the new revolution of cricket.

There is some negativity about Twenty20 cricket. Some people just don't want to go overboard about it because it's taken off so fast.

People really don't know the whole magnitude this is going to have on cricket.

Like anything in life, people don't like to see too much change because it makes them uncomfortable.

This will create a lot of money and that's what you need in any sport for it to survive.

This is what people want to pay to see.

South Africa has some very good bouncy pitches and the ball comes on really nice. There are going to be some really big shots.

Odoyo

Thomas Odoyo of Kenya won ICC Associate Player of the Year and I think that's great. There are so many good players in the Associates. We've played against Odoyo and he's a very good all-rounder who scored a lot of runs and took a lot of wickets.

It was unfortunate that Ryan Ten Doeschate because he's had a very good year too.[[In-content Ad]]
