Somerset easily wins Colts Cup Match by 65 runs
Fubler took his four wickets in four overs for just eight runs in an impressive spell of bowling.
Jordan DeSilva (three wickets) and Gregg Maybury (two wickets) started Somerset on the right path as they had St. George's reeling at 3 for 7. The wickets continued falling as St. George's were all out for 48. Allan Douglas led the St. George's batsmen with a 20 with the next highest score being Ajuan Lamb at six.
Somerset put up a respectable total of 113 runs. Codfield Robinson had 26 runs before being run out. Michael Hudson (16) and Marico Bassett (13) also reached double figures in helping the west enders to a 65-run triumph.
Jahson Smith showed plenty of future promise as he snagged five wickets for 32 runs for St. George's.
Justin Pitcher claimed three wickets for 12 runs and Diago McCallan took one wicket for 17 runs.[[In-content Ad]]
