Scott Harland, regional development officer for North American Caribbean Rugby Association, is visiting Bermuda this week and part of next week to provide workshops and guidance for players, national and club coaches, referees and other officials, schools, youth and junior coaches.

Scott is very knowledgeable and a great asset for the Bermuda Rugby Football Union to utilize.

The following events are part of Scott's hectic schedule after his arrival:

* Wednesday, 13 - Sandy's Middle School (9am-3:30pm)

n Thursday, 14 - Warwick Academy senior school (2pm-3:30pm) / Warwick Academy School (3:30pm-5pm). Police RFC (6pm-8pm) - at Police field

* Saturday 16 - Full day of workshops at Somersfield Academy:

* Junior refereeing (9am-11am)

* Coaching Juniors: tips and techniques (11am-1pm)

* Coaching: designing practice sessions/decision making/skills (2pm-4pm)

* Officials: managing scrums/breakdowns/role playing dissent and foul play (4pm-6pm)

* Sunday 17 - Junior Rugby (10am-12:30pm), Senior Rugby (12.45pm-5pm)

*Tuesday 19 - Bermuda U19's (5:30pm-6:30pm), Teachers (6.30pm-8pm), Women's contact team (8pm-9pm) - Whitney.
