Ride the Wave to be sold at Bermuda Music Festival

An album featuring ­contemporary Bermudian artists, Ride the Wave, will be on sale at the Bermuda Music Festival.

The album features some 20 artists and part proceeds from the sale of the CDs go towards the Coalition for the Protection of Children. To date a total of $40,000 has been raised from the sale of the album.

Local reggae group The Home Grown Band have also been signed up to open for Ziggy Marley on Thursday, ­September 30.

Festival organizers are working with the producers of Ride the Wave to have other artists featured on the album to perform at the event. An album featuring contemporary Bermudian artists, Ride the Wave, will be on sale at the Bermuda Music Festival.
