Real estate listings available via text

FRIDAY, FEB. 10: One real estate company is making it even easier to get information about properties.

Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty started a dedicated texting service for all of their property listings.

Consumers can receive information by simply texting a unique property listing number (or mls#) to 704-1793.

Details such as price and number of bedrooms will instantaneously appear in an automated text message.

How does this assist the buyer?

Susan Thompson, agency manager, said: “today’s buyers (and sellers) want instant information.

“Our new texting service can meet that need and also assist the buyer in finding full property details via a link to www.bermudarealty.com. No other real estate company can offer this convenience.” 

The new texting service is facilitated by txt.bm, an innovative local product.
