FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7: Youngsters can learn valuable life lessons through a magical puppet show coming to the island this month.

Ventriloquist Sylvia Fletcher will be on the island to not only entertain but inform through her show The Magical Trunk.

Her first public appearance will be on the steps of City Hall on October 14 from 12pm until 12:45pm. She will lead a free lunch time reading presentation for nursery and preschool aged children.

She will then perform at the Ruth Seaton James Centre on October 15.

The show takes place from 1:30pm to 4:30pm and tickets are available from the Ruth Seaton James Centre.

Tickets are $25 for students or $35 for adults. They are on sale at www.bermudatix.bm, All Wrapped Up on Reid Street,Hamilton.
