Premier to host public meeting on economy

TUESDAY, JULY 19: The public is reminded that the Premier and Minister of Finance, Paula A. Cox, along with several Government Ministers, will host a town hall meeting this evening to discuss the steps Government is taking to strengthen Bermuda’s economy.

Entitled, “Pulling Together to Make it Better For Bermuda”, the forum will also feature presentations from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Sen. Kim N. Wilson, the Minister of Business Development and Tourism, Patrice Minors, the Minister of Youth, Families & Sports, Glenn Blakeney,  and the Minister of Community Development, Michael Weeks.

Today’s town hall discussion will take place at the Warwick Workmen’s Club starting at 7.30 p.m.
