Portuguese donuts back on menu at Old Towne market
FRIDAY, JUNE 17: The St. George’s Old Towne Market will take place this Sunday with a variety of craft and food vendors.
This week, the Portuguese donuts are back and there will also be Wadson Farms fruits, vegetables, meats and flowers as well as a variety of planted herbs, lettuces and decorative plants.
Also available for sale will be organic snacks and drinks, breads, cookies, confectionery goodies, fried fish and chicken, French fries and mini-donuts.
Women’s and children clothing will be available at various vendors along with shoes, sandals, sunglasses and every variety of jewelry.
Cigars from Cuba and Dominican Republic will be available.
Both Wahoo Bistro and Tavern by the Sea feature live entertainment and many St. George's shops are open during the Market hours.
