FRIDAY,  MAR. 2: England’s blue-eyed soul singing Paul Carrack will perform in Bermuda at the John Lennon Tribute concert.

The event will take place on June 21 at Masterworks.

Organiser Tony Brannon said: “Paul has had a stellar career including his first hit ‘How Long’ with ACE, ‘Tempted’ with Squeeze, ‘Living Years’ with Mike and The Mechanics and he of course wrote ‘Love will keep us alive’ for The Eagles.

“Paul has performed twice at the 40 Thieves in the early/mid-eighties and more recently at Elbow Beach’s Surf Club in 1998. “

Mr Carrack recorded ‘Girl’ for the tribute CD.
