New waste disposal fees at airport and Marsh Folly

FRIDAY, JUNE 11: The Ministry of Works and Engineering is advising waste haulers that effective July 1, 2010, new disposal fees will be introduced. 

The new disposal fees will be:
Marsh Folly: $25 per Load
Airport Waste Management Facility: $20 per Load

The minimum rates noted above are on a “per load” basis.  In future, however, the fees will be determined on a weight basis and will ultimately reflect the actual cost of each respective operation.

The Ministry of Works and Engineering appreciates the public’s cooperation and support in this regard.
