Comedy/family
John Travolta and Robin Williams try to prove you can teach old dogs new tricks in this family comedy from Disney.
They play middle-aged friends and business partners Charlie (Travolta) and Dan (Williams) whose lives are turned upside down when Dan's ex shows up and reveals he is the dad of seven-year-old twins.
The confirmed bachelors soon find themselves in a string of fish-out-of-water scenarios as they babysit.
Disastrous misadventures include hunting for the lost kids after-hours in the zoo - braving the gorilla enclosure and a flock of angry penguins.
If you've seen the trailer, you've seen most of the best gags - none of which are particularly original.
How many times have we seen the 'hilarious' consequences of tablets being mixed up?
It's hard to believe Travolta - whose wife Kelly Preston and daughter Ella Bleu star as Williams' ex and child - has followed the excellent Pelham 123 with this unoriginal comedy.
But it's not uncommon - for every Swordfish and Pulp Fiction he serves up a turkey like this, look at Wild Hogs (by the same director) or Battlefield Earth.
Williams is his usual hyperactive, irritating but
Seth Green gets laughs as a co-worker helping the ageing duo play dad - although after Family Guy, this parental comedy must seem like a big step down.
