Action/adventure
Review: An odd offering from king of the action blockbuster Jerry Bruckheimer - the man behind Top Gun, Pearl Harbour, Con Air and the Pirates Of The Caribbean trilogy.
This cute family film follows a specially trained squad of guinea pigs tasked with stopping a diabolical billionaire from taking over the world using household appliances.
So it's gadgets, gizmos and guinea pigs - and all in wondrous 3D.
Ok, the plot is ridiculous and hugely formulaic - how many times have we seen an evil genius try to take over the world only to be stopped by the most unlikely heroes?
But forget that - it's a fun movie that little kids will adore.
It's Disney's first live action 3D film and the attention to detail is as incredible as you expect from director Hoyt Yeatman, the visual effects supervisor on spectacles such as Armageddon and Mission To Mars.
The animation is flawless and the animals expertly integrated into the action.
The movie also boasts a top notch cast, with Nicolas Cage, Steve Buscemi, Penelope Cruz and Tracy Morgan all lending their voices to the furry heroes.

Coming soon: GI Joe.
