Join the Bad Girls for end of summer party finale

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31: The final Bad Girls Club party rounds off the summer this weekend with a bang.

Janson Cross of VIP Entertainment came up with the concept for the party series in January 2010.

But it was only on the third Bad Girls Club party that he decided to bring in one of the stars of the Oxygen TV series to host the event — Kendra James.

Mr Cross said: “In total I have had five bad girls host the events, including Kendra James, Katya Washington, Lea Lorraine, Natalie Nunn and Ashley King.”

Wilmarie Sena, who was in the sixth series of the US reality TV show, will host the final party on Saturday  at Gombey’s, Clearwater Beach. 

Mr Cross is a fan. “She came in as a replacement (on the TV show) but made an instant impact for taking no nonsense and standing up for herself,” he said.

Rowan Ramotar of Wild Apache Promotions is the co-promoter.

“After several months of the hottest party series in Bermuda, we decided to bring it to an end with a grand finale,” said Mr Ramotar.

“What more fitting to end a great party series than to bring Oxygen’s hottest bad girl, Wilmarie Sena.”

Mr Ramotar explained why the party has moved to the east end.

“People wonder, ‘Why Gombeys?’,” he said.

“Well, we have had a Bad Girls Party in the city (Hamilton) and at Dockyard with thousands of loyal patrons.

“Most recently, Bad Girls Gone Wild at Snorkel Park with Natalie Nunn and Ashley King.

“This time we decided to take it east to our loyal patrons. The east has never had a Bad Girls Party and there is a heavy buzz about this event.

Prizes

“Patrons can expect a fun-filled night of pure entertainment.”

Admission is over-18s only and there will be tight security.

Mr Ramotar said: “We will have some of Bermuda’s best DJs like China & Bussy, DJ Aztec, I-Mega and King Jyrus entertaining our patrons all night.

“And of course our Bad Girl Wilmarie will be keeping everyone fully entertained.”

He said there will also be a slew of prizes and giveaways throughout the night.

There will be free Jello shots, a signature item at the events.
