Prior to Woods winning the PGA Championship on Sunday to qualify for the event, tickets for Wednesday, October 17 were already sold out. When it became apparent that Tiger would win the championship, tickets for Tuesday, October 16 also sold out.
Single day tickets are still available for the Pro-Am and clinics on the Monday, August 15. Golf enthusiasts can still purchase a three-day package for $150 and a single day ticket to the Champions Clinic and Pro/Am Tournament on Monday, October 15, for $50. The three-day package includes tickets to the Clinic and Pro/Am, as well as grounds tickets to the first and final round held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 16-17.
Host of the event, Mid Ocean Club, will not be selling tickets to the event.
Currently tickets are only available through the PGA by calling 1-800-PGA-Golf or visiting their website at www.PGA.com
Mid Ocean Club members can still buy up to 10 three-day package tickets at the PGA site, but you will need your membership number from the club.
Online ticket brokers don't have any tickets available, but have promised that when they do it will be for more than the $50.
Also Monday is the only day cameras will be allowed on the course for you to get your snaps of Tiger and the other Grand Slam winners, which includes Masters champion Zach Johnson, U.S. Open Champion Angel Cabrera and British Open champ Padraig Harrington.
