Health Insurance Dept elevator out of service

MONDAY, AUGUST 2: The Health Insurance Department, 2nd floor, Sofia House, 48 Church Street, Hamilton wishes to advise that their elevator will be out of service for approximately six weeks while extensive repairs are made to make it more reliable and faster. Repairs on the elevator began on 28th July, 2010.

Services at the Health Insurance Department will continue as usual for those able to walk to the Department’s offices on the 2nd floor. General queries will be taken on the ground floor reception area from those unable to walk to the 2nd floor.

A cashier will be available at the Ministry of Health Headquarters on the ground floor of the Continental Building, 25 Church Street, Hamilton (corner of Cedar Avenue and Church Street) for those who need to make payments and are unable to reach the Health Insurance Department.
