SATURDAY, MARCH 24: The City of Hamilton's first food festival is on right now on Bermudiana Road.
At least 15 vendors are offering a variety of cuisine, including curries, pizza, fish and chips, drinks and more. Vendors include Brunswick Bakery, Victoria Grill, La Trattoria and House of India.
In addition to the food, samples are available from many of the vendors with wine tasting and specialty beverages.
There is face painting for the kids, music to entertain the hungry crowd, and a spaghetti eating competition.
Raffle prizes are also being awarded.
The festival is hosted by Bruce Barritt and Joe Gibbons.
Tickets are $10 each and book of five tickets are available for $40 including a raffle ticket.
The festival is on until 10pm.
Credit cards are accepted at the entrance on Front Street.
