Devonshire Dragons 55, Somerset Flyers 47

Behind John Lee's 18 points and 15 rebounds, the Dragons entered the play-off picture with an eight-point victory over the Somerset Flyers.

Jason Lowe put in a terrific effort for the Flyers with 17 points and eight rebounds. Team-mate Troy Washington also had 17 points.

The Dragons are 2-5 while Somerset is 1-6.

Paget Bearcats 73, Southampton Titans 43

Chris Crumpler led the play-off bound Bearcats to an impressive victory over the Titans. Crumpler tickled the net for 32 points and team-mate Alex Butterfield grabbed seven rebounds.

Adam Correia led the Titans with 10 points while Brad Meinderema picked up nine boards.

The Bearcats are now 6-1 and face St. George's on Saturday in what could be the league title decider. Southampton falls to 1-6.

Hamilton Tsunamis 59, Warwick Rim Rockers 46

Nash Nogsworthy's 22 points were enough as the Tsunamis blew away the Rim Rockers. Dale Jackson snatched 11 rebounds in the win as Vernell Lambe picked up nine for Warwick.

Vernon Lamb had 34 points for Southampton.

The Tsunamis still have a shot at being a top seed for the play-offs with a 5-2 record. Southampton is 1-6.

Hamilton Parish 44, Pembroke Cane Toads 48

Chae Powell picked up a double-double as he had 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Chargers. Lee Green was the high point man for Pembroke with 17 while Simon Onabowale had 10 boards.

The Charges are now 4-3 while Pembroke is 3-4.

St. George's 59,

Smith's Wildcats 58

In what may be a preview of the CellularOne League's title game, St. George's edged the Wildacts by one point. Charjuan Knights had 21 big points for St. George's to counterbalance Smith's Steven Simons 21. Dean Jones grabbed 15 rebounds for St. George's while Akil Smith snagged 10 for the Wildcats. St. George's have now won six straight games after opening the season with a loss. The Wildcats are 5-2.
