Cup Draw

St David's against Social Club looks to be the tie of the round after the first-round draw for the Knockout Cups.

The games will take place on August 27, with finals weekend at the National Stadium on September 9 and 10.

It's the first time the centre has hosted the knockout cup finals.

As many as five teams go into this week's final round of Premier Division fixtures with the threat of relegation hovering.

Just two points separates the bottom five with Bailey's Bay, Western Stars, Somerset, Warwick and Flatts all needing points to be sure of safety.

Rangers have already wrapped up the title and the First Division promotion slots have been sealed by Cleveland and St George's.

So the only intrigue on the final day of the season on Sunday centres around the scramble to beat the drop.

Can Bailey's Bay overcome Western Stars and condemn the '04 champions to the First Division.
