Department of Education invites public feedback

TUESDAY, APR. 5: Today Minister of Education Jennifer Smith noted that the Department of Education could do a much better job of communicating with the public.

In this regard, a Customer Service Survey is being introduced to provide a benchmark for the Department’s service provision. 
 

Dame Jennifer noted that goals six and seven of the Blueprint for Reform in Education state that we intend to “improve the efficiency of delivery; and improve the culture and climate of the Department of Education and Schools”. 
 

Therefore, effective from tomorrow (Wednesday 6 April) and concluding on 29 April 2011, the public is invited to share their views by filling out our Customer Service Survey.
