FRIDAY, JULY 22: With international DJ’s, a celebrity host and an amazing location complete with a gorgeous view, Cup Match Fever promises to be the ultimate after party to the game.

The event will take place on July 29 inside Fort St Catherine.

Celebrity Bad Girl Natalie Nunn will return to Bermuda to host the party along with special celebrity guests.

Chinese Assassin and Champion squad from Miami will spin tunes along with a slew of local DJs.

The event is being put on by the “Fantastic Five” which is made up of Rowan Ramotar — Wild Apache Promotions, Janson Cross —VIP promotions, Jason Darrell — DJ I-Mega, Cushi Ming and Gussie Godwin — Smooth Innovations.

Mr Ramotar said: “We have live in Bermuda two of the biggest groups from out of Miami, Chinese Assassin and Champion squad.

“Chinese Assassin is known worldwide for their quality mix CDs and top class DJs.

“They have DJs in Bermuda, USA, Italy, England and Belize.

“They play everything from soca to light rock.”

He continued: “Champion squad is another quality sound to come out of Miami.

“These guys will bring a nice Caribbean and urban pop flavour to Bermuda.

“Also representing for Bermuda will be Supatone, DJ Rusty G, I-Mega, China & Bussy, VybezAlliance and DJ Black Swan.

“This first class local DJ lineup ensures that patrons will be treated to every genre of music.”

Mr Ramotar said in addition there will be surprise guests to “keep the party popping”.

Asked why the choice of venue, he said: “Fort St Catherine is a first class venue.

“There is a huge dance floor which will be lit up with Cup Match team colour disco lights.

“We also have a first class VIP section which we dubbed the Fever Lounge.

“Here, our patrons will be treated to open bar, light snacks, bottle service.

“They can also relax on our several leather couches and enjoy the magnificent 180 degree ocean view.

“The Fever Lounge is super elevated to overlook the regular dance floor.”

Mr Ramotar said last year the party had 1,500 people in the rain at Barr’s Bay Park.

“This year due to the smaller size venue we expect a mad rush on tickets.

“We encourage everyone to get their ticket early to avoid disappointment.”

Tickets are $35 for regular tickets and $85 for VIP.

They can be bought Jazzy Boutique, Kit N Caboodle and Fort St Catherine.
