Charity walk and run next weekend

FRIDAY, AUGUST 5: The Sunshine League’s Moon Walk will be held for the 12th year on Saturday, August 13.

The children’s charity’s signature annual event takes place under the full moon from Warwick Long Bay Playground to Church Bay and back (about 5 and a half miles). This year’s event also includes a run along the same route. Anyone interested in taking part can register on the day of the event or inadvance at Sportseller or online at www.sunshineleague.bm. Adult registration is $20, for children it is $5. Warm up is at 7:15pm and the run or walk starts at 7:30pm.
