Bermuda to play UAE and Namibia in July

Bermuda's national cricket team will be back in action in July when the Intercontinental Shield is scheduled to resume.

The team is currently last in the standings after being thrashed by Uganda here this past summer. Bermuda will be playing Namibia in Namibia on July 5 to 8 and then follow that up with matches against the UAE from the 18 to 21.

In other cricket news, Charles Marshall had 17 for the St. Kitts-Nevis Under-13 all-star team. Marshall is one of several Bermudians playing for St. Kitts in the tournament that also features Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago.

St. Kitts suffered a six-wicket loss to a NSC Development side.

Marshall had four fours in his total before being caught lbw. Marshall's total was only exceeded by captain Avier Christian, who had 45. Bermudian Cejay Outerbridge had five not out. Outerbridge had a god spell bowling in taking two wickets for eight runs in his two overs. n
