Bermuda beats the US for new club
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4: Now in Bermuda we are used to getting everything six months after the rest of the world.
If you want the latest Blackberry, you will have to go buy it yourself in the States.
If you want the latest Apple product you wait a few months and play a near 100 per cent premium.
We now have it the other way round in Bermuda, thanks to an exclusive relationship that we have with Callaway.
We actually have the latest equipment, before it’s actually launched in the US and it’s at a very competitive price.
Here is the lineup of the goodies that you can get now at the Pro-shop at Tucker’s Point before they are available in the US.
Callaway have launched the RAZR XF for 2012. It has the highest specification game improvement iron to date, blending unparalleled forgiveness and accuracy with premium materials and exceptional styling.
Designed specifically to appeal to the improving golfer who demands a golf club constructed from the finest materials with the performance and playability to match, the new RAZR XF Irons targeted at mid to low-handicap golfers.
The new RAZR XF Iron will undoubtedly appeal to the committed player who is focused on maximising their potential, safe in the knowledge they are using one of the most refined, visually striking game-improvement Irons currently available.
A key game-improvement feature of the RAZR XF Iron is its wide sole design, specifically engineered to position the centre of gravity low and deep — to enhance playability — to easily compensate for off-centre strikes.
In addition to this, a lightweight Winn grip is used throughout the set as standard, helping to convert as much swing speed as possible into impact energy with the golf ball.
Handicapper
Available in both men’s right and left-handed, 3–SW, the RAZR XF is also offered in a ladies version (5–SW), right-handed only.
We have also have the new Callaway RAZR black drivers and hybrids as well as the new Diablo black irons in stock and to try.
The RAZR X Forged irons, have been out a while but are very forgiving.
Instead of being only for very low handicappers’, players, with a handicap of up to 18 could use these. These are the clubs I have used for the last few weeks.
They took a little getting used to, but now I wouldn’t change them.
