Argus redesigns health event
WEDNESDAY, MAR. 28: The Argus Group has redesigned its annual health fair as the Argus Healthy Living Expo.
Formery known as the Argus Health Fair it is hoped the move will help to build on the success of recent years and enhance its relevance and accessibility to a greater portion of the community.
For the first time, the event will take place on a Saturday, (March 31) from 10am to 3pm at CedarBridge Academy which will allow for an increase in exhibitors and plenty of activities to occupy visitors at the expo including a bouncy castle for children. Admission to this event is free.
Confirmed exhibitors include: Bermuda Heart Foundation, Open Airways, Catlin End to End, National Drug Council, Norwex, Natural Ltd (Nutrifit), Fitness Bay (Cambridge Beaches), The Raw Food Edge and Bermuda General Agency (BGA). As ever, health professionals will be on hand to answer questions and provide information to the public on a wide range of health topics.
The theme for the Expo and the Argus booth this year is “Jump Start Your Heart” with a focus on raising awareness of heart health, educating the public on managing the risk factors of heart disease and how to live a ‘heart healthy’ lifestyle.
