ACW Foundation to hold its career fair at Bermuda College

It is due to begin at 9:45am at the Arts and Entertainment Pavillion at the Bermuda College.

Students will have an opportunity to meet representatives from a wide cross-section of businesses and government departments.

The aim of the fair is to help students make the connection between education and various careers.

Dignitaries expected to attend include Premier Dr. Ewart Brown; El James, Minister of Education; Dr. Derek Binns, permanent secretary for the Ministry of Labour, Home Affairs and Housing; Ralph Richardson, ACE Foundation and chairman of the fair; and Sean Lee, Butterfield Bank executive vice president, head of Bermuda retail banking.

Samantha Froud has been named chief administration officer for the ACE Group’s Bermuda-based operations, effective January 1. She will replace Lori Samson who is retiring from ACE after 20 years of service.
