Bermuda football fans will hope Nahki Wells looks as sharp at Wembley as he does in his cup final suit after the striker’s recent spot of modelling.
The Bradford City front man will be kitted out, along with the rest of the team, by top-notch tailors Simon Carter when he steps out for the Capital One Cup final against Swansea City at the famous stadium on February 24.
And he’s clearly happy to show off his smart new look as shown by this impressive picture.
Wells told the Bermuda Sun: “I didn’t understand it [how famous this was] because the last Wembley final I went to was with Carlisle in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy - but this is a whole other ball game in terms of the competition.”
Wells didn’t make the squad for Carlisle’s win over Brentford in 2011 but there is no danger, bar injury, of that happening with the Bantams this time around.
“We turned up in our tracksuits with Carlisle,” Wells added. “This time it’s going to be great to be able turn up in a designer suit, so it will be decent.”
