Participants will have two minutes to present their act before a panel of judges at the auditions.
The top 30 acts will beinvited to perform at a live ticketed round two event on April 11.
Contestants will be notified by email if they made it to the next round.
A live telethon will be held on May 20 for the community to call in and vote for their favourite contestant.
It will be shown on ZBM and showcase the various work the Coalition does for the community.
Producer Kelly Hunt said: “While this is a fundraising effort, we are also looking to showcase our youth in a positive light.
“We know that by supporting and encouraging our young people to pursue their passions and stay involved in extra curriculums; they are less likely to be involved with unlawful activity.
“We were overwhelmed by the community’s support last year and are hopeful that they rally behind our bright young stars once again.
“This is about awareness for the programs run by the Coalition, creating healthy competition and ultimately; inspiring the island’s youth to reach for their dreams.”
The grand prize winner will be given $5,000 and an iPad 2.
There will be prizes for various categories as well.
