Rosewood Tucker’s Point has promoted two Bermudians.
Paul Telford and Esan Frederick will hold the titles of hotel manager and director of rooms, respectively.
“We are so thrilled to promote both Paul and Esan to these extremely crucial management roles here at Rosewood Tucker’s Point,” said Duncan Graham, managing director. “They bring not only a variety of experience and training, but also a contagious enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, our resort and Bermuda,” added Graham.
Paul Telford
Born and raised in Bermuda, Mr Telford began his journey at Rosewood Tucker’s Point in 2008. He originally joined the resort as director of spa and two years later, he was promoted to director of rooms. He has brought a wealth of experience to the property these last five years, and in his new role as hotel manager he will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the resort. “I’m so thrilled to have been given the opportunity to manage and work so closely with all of our fantastic departments here at Rosewood Tucker’s Point,” Mr Telford, said in a press release. “We have such a dedicated team and I truly love all aspects of my job – from all of the staff and managers that I work with to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests,” added Telford.
Esan Frederick
Mr Frederick, a status Bermudian, first joined Rosewood Tucker’s Point in 2012 as training manager. His genuine enthusiasm and passion for service quickly catapulted him into this new position as director of rooms. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the Rooms Division team including front office, guest services, housekeeping, Regali gift shop & Beach Club.
“I am so excited about my next step here at Rosewood Tucker’s Point,” said Mr Frederick. He added: “I feel so fortunate to work for such a beautiful and highly regarded resort – but most of all, I enjoy working with all of my wonderful colleagues and giving our guests the best possible service.”
